Nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) can be used to Characterization and counting extracellular vesicles (EVs) and is widely considered a useful tool to those who work with EVs. In this case study, we compare two different isolation methods and value concentration and size distribution difference of the vesicles obtained. The Nanoparticle tracking analysis also allows quick and clear control on the efficiency of purification process.
